At Heritage Grain Studio, each cutting board is handcrafted from premium hardwoods and carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we maintain the following policy:

Returns

Because our boards are handcrafted and often made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage
• Description of the issue

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion. 

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized cutting boards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged in transit

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun.
