Processing Time
Each cutting board is handcrafted. Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for standard boards
- 7–14 business days for custom orders
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos immediately.
- Email us within 7 days; kevin@heritagegrainstudio.com
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
